• How long does a pass last?

  A Lithuania pass starts the moment you pay and lasts 3 days (72 hours) or 7 days (168 hours). It unlocks every guide in every city while it’s active. The yearly pass lasts 12 months.

• Does the yearly pass renew automatically?

  Yes, once a year. We email you 7 days before each renewal with the date and price. To stop it, turn off renewal in My pass → Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the paid year. 3- and 7-day passes never renew and are never charged again.

• What happens when my pass ends?

  Pass access stops, but guides you bought separately stay yours. Your walk progress is kept, so with a new pass you can carry on where you stopped.

• Can I share a guide with a friend?

  Each person listens on their own phone with their own account. Send friends the guide’s link: every guide has a free sample they can try before buying.

• Can I get a refund?

  Access starts right away, so we don’t refund purchases you’ve changed your mind about. If a guide or pass doesn’t work as described, email hello@localstories.lt and we’ll fix it or refund you.

• Which payment methods do you accept?

  Payments are handled securely by Stripe. You can pay by card; other methods Stripe offers in your country may appear at checkout. Prices include VAT.
